Broadway musical - Les Misérables
On Friday the 10th of October we went to see an
amazing Broadway musical called Les Misérables. We took the bus to Times
Square. Seeing all the billboards and lights in the evening and being in
slightly fancier clothes really gave you that New York feeling. The Imperial
Theatre, where we saw the show was almost in the centre of Times Square. Les
Misérables is a great story from the time of the French Revolution. The cast
was amazing and the level of talent was unlike anything I had ever seen before.
The singing, the dancing, the acting and just everything was all so perfect. We
had two rough days behind us by then and staying awake was hard even though the
musical was interesting, but we all got through it. The experience was amazing
and unforgettable for all of us.
